Rudi's Organic Bakery - Review with Giveaway - (US Only, Ends 08/06/13)

Disclosure: I received coupons for three free products in exchange for my honest review.

If you have been following my blog for very long, you know that my family is on a quest for true health. My husband and I are grain free currently but will soon be transitioning to gluten free. Our children started off on whole grain products and have been transitioning to gluten free. They are now mostly gluten free. Rudi's Organic Bakery has helped with this transition!

Rudi's Organic Bakery breads can be found in your grocer's freezer. We personally bought ours using the coupons (and a couple of loaves since then!) at Publix. With the coupons, we initially purchased 1 Organic Harvest Marvelous Multigrain loaf and 2 Original Gluten-Free Sandwich Breads loaves.

We started with the Organic Harvest Marvelous Multigrain loaf.

Grabbed some bruschetta sauce from Trader Joe's.

And added mozzarella cheese to make the kids some pizza bread!

They devoured it very quickly!!

Next, we used an entire loaf of the Original Gluten-Free Sandwich Breads.

Mixed some spices, vanilla, and eggs in a bowl.

Soaked each slice of bread in the mix

and fried them individually in coconut oil.

The kids enjoyed this delicious and healthy french toast!

A couple of the slices broke while frying though.

I made french toast from the entire loaf and froze the leftovers. The kids ate french toast about 4 or 5 times before the entire loaf was gone!

Overall, we have been very pleased with Rudi's Organic Bakery breads. As stated earlier, we have gone on to purchase more loaves out of pocket. Rudi's Organic Bakery has LOTS of varieties! Rudi's Organic Bakery is the #2 distributed Gluten Free bakery in the US! Udi's is #1, however, unlike Udi's, all of Rudi's Organic Bakery products are 100% GMO-Free. Additionally, their products have consistently received more positive reviews than Udi's. They make three loaves of bread (Cinnamon Raisin, Multigrain and Original), three critically acclaimed tortillas (Fiesta, Plain, Spinach), a frozen-pizza crust, hotdog rolls and hamburger buns ALL GLUTEN FREE!
For more information please visit: http://www.rudisbakery.com/gluten-free/

Rudi's is one of the only companies that distributes a full line of bakery products (breads, buns, rolls, tortillas, flatz, bagels, english muffins and organic soft pretzels (new!)) nationwide.

I am totally jealous because Rudi's Organic Bakery has very generously offered for a giveaway of a 2-month supply of Rudi's Organic Products!!!

  19. If I won, the prize would be for me! I just found out I have a gluten-intolerance and it has been hectic trying to enjoy sandwiches or meals out. All those years of bubbles and trouble, it was just stupid GLUTEN!
