Have Fun Together With the Game Squashed by Plasmart (Review with Giveaway, Ends 12/29/13,US and Canada Only)

Disclosure: We received a free copy of the game Squashed by Plasmart in exchange for our honest opinion about it.

An interesting tidbit that I just have to share with you about this exciting, competitive game called Squashed - The inventor, Nick Metzler, was only 17 when he invented Squashed and entered it in the Chicago toy and Game fair where he won Young Inventor of the Year! Isn't that amazing? What an accomplishment for a young man!

Squashed is just as fun as it sounds. Brandon, 11, and I have such a fun time playing this together. It always ends up being a rowdy competition between us to see which one of us can squash the other's playing pieces first!

It's pretty easy to learn to play and game play moves quickly. This is the perfect game to play when you just have a few minutes to fill up with something fun and distracting.

The object of the game is to move your playing pieces out of harm's way and turn the game to squash your opponent's playing pieces. Now the really interesting part to me is how during game play, as the pieces are removed from the board, they actually go INSIDE the board which, in my opinion, is a good thing! The pieces are small and this ensures that they don't get lost or misplaced.

I really love that it comes with a pad to set on the table underneath the game to cushion the surface.

Squashed is a game geared towards 2-4 players, ages 6+. I love that it won't be long before Daniella can play, too. Most games are 8+ or 10+!
